2N Mekatronik Increases Its Investments in Sustainability and Advanced Technology
2N Mekatronik, which develops industrial fue gas filter units for stenter fues, contributes significantly to the reduction of environmental pollution and carbon emissions with this 100% domestic and patented system, which is produced for the first time in the world.
2N Mekatronik Ltd., which started its activities in the Çorlu district of Tekirdağ in 2017, successfully completed the accredited laboratory tests of the ram flue gas filter unit in 2019 by conducting R&D studies to filter the UOB, VOC and TOC gases in the waste air and at the same time to recycle the high-temperature waste heat to the factory boiler rooms.
Nazım Uysal, General Manager of 2N Mekatronik, made statements for the ‘Turkish Textile Machinery Industry’, which is our special file in the January issue of Textile Technology magazine. Talking about the advantages of the 100% patented Hybrid Fue Filter System with double condensing technology, which is a first in the world as a result of the company’s intensive R&D studies, Uysal explained the contributions of this innovative system to reducing the carbon footprint, preventing environmental pollution and increasing sustainability in the textile industry. This technology, which is Turkey’s first 100% patented solution, plays a leading role in the sector with its environmentally friendly approach.
We took a big step toward our work in 2019 when we successfully completed the accredited laboratory tests of our center’s flue gas filter unit. Since then, we have been working in many areas, such as carbon reduction, greenhouse gas emissions, green transformation, heat energy recovery, and clean development mechanisms, to reduce our carbon footprint in line with the Paris Climate Agreement.
100% Patented First Product: Hybrid Fue Filter System
The 2N Hybrid Fue Filter System, developed in 2020 to ensure sustainability for the textile industry, is our first 100% patented product in the world. This system, which exhibits an environmentally friendly approach with double condensing technology, also prioritizes employee health and the safety of the working environment. Our filter system filters polluting gases and bad odors, enabling employees in textile businesses to work in a healthier and safer environment.
As 2N Mekatronik, we have developed with 2 years of R&D studies, which is the first 100% patented product in the world; We would like to emphasize that we contribute to our customers in terms of clean production, green transformation, carbon footprint and sustainability with thermo-economic recovery, carbon waste reduction and zero smoke result in the fue by producing HYBRID filter units with industrial flue gas economizer – condensing and Electrostatic (E.S.P) modules that work together in integration for stenter, fabric printing, drying and heat setting machine fue’s in textile enterprises.

By increasing our production capacity in 2024, we moved our existing production area of 1000 m² to our new facility, which has a closed area of 2000 m² and an open area of 1500 m². In this way, we both increased our production and maximized customer satisfaction. In addition, by participating in the ITM 2024 Exhibition in 2024, we expanded our domestic customer base and tried to contribute to the country’s economy by producing for the Russian market.
We also receive important requests in the international arena. We continue to expand our production facility in line with the demands of countries such as America, Portugal and Bulgaria. In the future, we plan to undertake projects that will support clean production by prioritizing human health and sustainability. In addition, we will continue to work in areas such as clean water recovery projects.
By 2025, we aim to increase the number of our projects in the country by participating in the Gaziantep Machinery Fair and to increase the number of our projects abroad by participating in the machinery fair in Russia. With new projects, we aim to make an environmentally friendly production and to ensure the sustainable use of water in industrial facilities.
