LCW Dream Opened Its 100th Store in Kenya
Turkey’s global fashion retail brand LC Waikiki brought the 100th store of LCW Dream, its sub-brand in the underwear category, to its customers in Nairobi, Kenya.
Opening its first standalone store under the LCW Dream brand in the underwear category in 2019, LC Waikiki continued its growth in turnover and sales within 2 years and established its 100th store at Two Rivers Mall in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya. LC Waikiki, which reflects its expertise in textiles to the underwear category with its LCW Dream brand, focuses on comfort and elegance in its products.Serving with LCW Dream stores in 15 countries, including Turkey, the brand offers its customers products in accordance with different styles and expectations at affordable prices. Berna Akyüz Öğüt, General Manager of LC Waikiki Retailing, made a statement on the subject as follows, ‘‘In a short time, we have grown and established our 100th store in Kenya. We offer an average of 500 different product options in our LCW Dream stores. With the effect of the troublesome pandemic outbreak, we grew more than 100% in terms of sales and turnover in this category in 2021. In the coming years, we plan to continue to invest in this field, both in markets where we have a deepening relationship with our customers and in countries where we see opportunities in the underwear category.’’
LCW Dream continues its activities in 16 different countries, including countries such as Turkey, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Morocco, Serbia, Kenya, where LC Waikiki is the market leader, as well as developing countries such as Greece and Jordan.
