Kendall+Kylie Products to be Produced in Turkey

According to the article in Dünya Newspaper, the brand, which plans to offer its products to consumers in cooperation with Trendyol at the beginning, will then start selling on its own website. Aiming to open its first store at Istanbul Airport, Kendall+Kylie will produce all collections in Turkey, except for accessories and bags. The next goal of the brand is to produce cosmetics domestically.

Employment to Hundreds of People Provided in Turkey

Cem Tunakan, Eastern Europe, Turkey, Middle East, Africa, India Strategy and Growth Consultant of Kendall + Kylie brand, provided information on the subject and stated that they are working with five big companies in production and that this operation, which employs hundreds of people in Turkey, will grow even more in time.

Pointing out that Turkey, as a production and logistics center, will play an important role in the global growth of the brand, Tunakan continued as follows, ‘‘We will export from Turkey to international markets through e-commerce. We will be active in fashion-oriented marketplaces and other digital channels, especially in the Gulf countries, the Middle East, sub-Saharan Africa, South Africa, and Eastern Europe. In addition, in our mid-term strategy, we will send the products in our e-commerce warehouse in Turkey by courier to many parts of the world where Kendall+Kylie does not have an operation.’’

A store at Istanbul Airport

Explaining that the brand has a plan to open a store in the Istanbul Airport Duty-Free area, Tunakan expressed, ‘‘Here, we will bring our brand together with the customers coming to our country from all over the world. Our next goal is to open stores at airports abroad.’’
