As part of our visit in November, our first stop was Germany
Germany is one of the countries that has left their mark on the textile world with its technology leader brands.
The products that textile companies produce with 100% German technology find buyers from all over the world. Germany’s textile machinery and accessories exports to Turkey was 270 million euros in 2017. Exports of textile and raw materials worth 419 million dollars were realized to Germany with 10% increase in 2017. Germany is the fourth largest export market for Turkey with our exports of textiles and raw materials worth 8.1 billion dollars.
As Teknik Fairs, we went to German companies which were our first stop of courtesy visits. The meetings we had with the officials of important textile companies were enormously productive.
Turkey Stays Its Status to be an Important Market for Mayer & Cie
Turkey is one of the most important markets of Mayer & Cie, the leading circular knitting machine manufacturer in Germany. During our visit to the company, Mayer & Cie Area Sales Manager Stefan Bühler and Claudia Bitzer from Public Relations Department welcomed us. During our visit, we exchanged ideas with one another issues related to the general situation of the textile sector.
Textechno Continues To Develop Its Products With Its Experience

We visited Textechno, manufacturer of fiber, yarn and fabric laboratory test equipment with produce 100% German technology. In Textechno, which has years of experience and equipped with R & D activities, General Sales Manager Marcus Hardelauf and Assistant Managing Director Stefan Fliescher welcomed us. During the meeting, we shared ideas about our expectations from the textile sector next year.
ITM 2018 Was Enormously Productive For Monforts

Monforts Vice-President Klaus A. Heinrichs and Nicole Croonenbroek, Assistant to Sales and Marketing gave us a warm welcome. They said they get well enough efficiency from the exhibition. Heinrichs and Croonenbroek stated that they had great expectations from ITM 2020 and they were looking forward to the exhibition. We compromised cooperate with Monforts officials, in order to carry our exhibitions and publications further.
We Exchanged Views on Sector With Erbatech

Erbatech, the manufacturer of continuous wet finishing machines for knitting and woven fabrics, was among the companies we visited. In Erbatech company which uses 100% German technology in the products manufacrures with state- of-the-art technology, Managing Ulrich von Christen and Sales Manager Timuçin Benal welcomed us. We talked about with them the Turkish and world textile markets and exchanged views on sector.
Fong’s Exports Its Products All Over The World

During the our trip the another stop in Germany was Fong’s. Sales Director Richard Fander and Sales Support Regina Teschow were hosted us in Fong’s company, which is member of the CHTC Group and includes brands Then and Goller. We made a positive visit to Fong’s company, which produces machines with the latest technology and exports them to all over the world from South America to Europe.
Reiners + Fürst, Waits Excitedly ITM 2020

During our trip to Germany- based ring and ring traveler manufacturer Reiners + Fürst, we held an efficient meeting with President Benjamin Reiners on ITM 2020. Stating that they received a higher performance than expected ITM 2018, Reiners said they are looking forward to ITM 2020.
Karl Mayer, Prepares To Set Up Academy Department

We visited Karl Mayer, one of the leading companies in the warp knitting machine market, and consulted with Petra Arnold, Corporate Communications Manager, and Bastian Fritsch, Business Unit Warp Knitting Senior Sales Manager. We talked about the contribution of this breakthrough to the textile sector with Karl Mayer officials, which has preparing to sign a great innovation with the establishment of the Academy Building. Arnold, said that Turkey market is very important for Karl Mayer.
VDMA, Trust to the Turkish Textile Market

Within the scope of our visits to Germany, we met with Boris Abadjieff, VDMA (German Textile Machinery Association), Head of Exhibitions & Marketing. We also had efficient meeting with Nicolai Strauch from the VDMA International Markets Public Relations Department. Abadjieff said that they are considerable trust to the Turkish textile market and give importance.
Stoll Launched its Last Machine with Mayer Mümessillik

Benefiting from the latest technologies in knitting machines, Stoll has a history of 145 years and is one of the leading companies in Germany’s textile sector. During our visit to Stoll, we visited the showroom where machines were exhibited. We got information about the production of machines. In addition, we learn that Stoll launched its last machine with Mayer Mümessillik between 11-12 December 2018 in Istanbul.

Our another stop in Germany is Memminger-Iro, one of the leading brands with advanced yarn infeeding, control systems and lubrication technology for knitting machines. As a result of our meeting with Chris Gaiser, Area Sales Manager who hosted us, we had a long and efficientl conversation about the needs and solutions of the textile sector.
Trützschler Has Been Serving The Textile Sector For 130 Years

Trützschler, which specializes in machinery, installation and accessories for spinning preparation, nonwovens and man-made fiber sector, is among the leading companies in Germany’s textile sector. During our visit, we exchanged ideas with Michael van den Dolder, Trützschler’s Marketing Manager, to expand our business.
