CONTINUES TO GROW WITH ROBOTICS INVESTMENTS
Expanding its production facilities and machine park with its recent initiatives, one of Canlar Mekatronik’s most significant focus is on the robotics technologies. Introducing robotics technologies as well as the latest generation high-end machines and automation systems investments for the production phase, the company has managed to increase its production capacity by approximately 3 times.
Fethi Özkök stated that in 2018 Canlar Mekatronik continued investments in production and R&D as in previous years. Özkök said that “In early 2018, we have increased our production capacity 50% by adding 2 more robots in the “Station ROBOT Source System,” the biggest in the industry, and made it ready for 2019.”
Canlar Mekatronik has managed to increase its production capacity by approximately 3 times with the new robot investment.
Making continuous investments and R&D structuring in the last 3 years, after completion of the first phase of its investments, Canlar Mekatronik has established a production facility that produces at global standards.
The current capacity increased in this production line thanks to the newly acquired automatic welding robots and new laser cutting machines. The company is commissioned for the renewal, capacity increase and new facility installation projects of the biggest dyehouses in Turkey and in the world. Can Mekatronik has received very positive feedback in Turkey and in the world market for 3 the last years with “TECHsmart,” the new generation fabric dyeing machine, developed to reduce water, electricity, and steam consumption.
PRODUCTION SITE EXPANDED 100% WITH NEW FACILITY
Fethi Özkök, General Manager of Canlar Mekatronik said, “We have expanded our production area by 100% by adding the building next to our factory which we continue our production since 2015. We have completed the structuring of our R&D Center, moving our R&D department to a special area in our new building and providing them with technological investment. With our innovations as Canlar Mekatronik, we are able to response rapidly to all demands from our current markets, thus increased our exports. In short, we can say that 2018 has been the year of investments and achievements for Canlar Mekatronik.”

Stating that they have completed all the preparations for 2019 and are ready to serve the markets in Turkey and Italy, Özkök said that “We can forecast that we can represent our country in the best way possible at the ITMA exhibition, to be held in Spain in June. Our targets for 2019 will be to increase our sales in our existing markets, and to offer our services in new markets.”
