SMP can be done 3 times denser solution than its competitors
SMP has been developed with a faster and more reliable method of bottle washing while retaining the advanced independent dissolve technology, which uses in solution preparation. Since the independent dissolver does not use the bottle during solution preparation from powder dyes, it can be done 3 times denser solution than its competitors. With this feature, 2 different solution bottles can be used instead of 3 bottles for each powder dye. Since the machine can be smaller in this way, the space problem in the laboratories is also solved.
SMP does not waste time
SMP still performs pipetting and washing processes with its double pipette technology and still does not waste time in the new generation of SMP. Pipets are washed every time so the problem of dispersed dyes clogging in the straw is prevented especially compares machines with multiple pipets.

The system is designed to distribute with multi-line or single-line, according to the demand of the dyehouse.
