DMS Dilmenler Exports 80% Of Its Production
DMS Dilmenler, which has been operating in the field of textile finishing machines regarding fabric, yarn dyeing, and drying for 30 years, draws attention with its brand and machines in the world as well as in Turkey. The company provides services to countries such as Bangladesh, Uzbekistan, Iran, Indonesia, Thailand, Korea, China, Russia, England, India, Portugal, Israel, Egypt, Syria, the United States, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, Mexico, Canada, South Africa, Pakistan, Greece, Colombia, Poland, Brazil and Guatemala through its representatives.
The company, which continues its exports at full speed, mostly receives project-based orders. DMS Dilmenler, which also receives orders for finishing and dyeing operations to be combined in the same unit, exports approximately 80 percent of the machines it produces.
İsmail Şengüler, General Manager of DMS Dilmenler, evaluates the company’s export success with the following statements, ‘‘All our customers should be able to get the expected result from the machinery that we built. Because if the customer does not talk well about the machine he bought, he may not make the next investment from you. He also doesn’t speak well regarding the unit to his surroundings. It is necessary to be working with the right customer in the right manner and to be able to produce the right product. This situation continues with representatives abroad. It is of great importance that the representatives are chosen accurately in this regard. In addition, the company needs to support its representatives and customers. The company needs to provide spare parts, make the technical staff available when necessary, and create solutions when there is a lack of information or problems arise. If these three situations can be organized correctly, things will prosper. We have attached great importance to those for ten years. When these issues progress correctly, the export advances automatically.’’
