ELiAR Showcases Digitalization and AI-Driven Solutions at ITM 2026
ELiAR, a developer of automation, electronics, and software solutions for textile dyehouses, attracted strong attention from industry professionals with the next-generation technologies it unveiled at ITM 2026. Ata Turgutalp, ELiAR’s Export Sales and Marketing Leader, said the exhibition exceeded expectations in terms of both new product launches and the development of international business partnerships.
Turgutalp emphasized that ITM has always been a particularly significant exhibition for ELiAR. Despite the uncertainty in the global economy, he noted that the event had started on a highly positive note. “ITM has always been one of the most exciting exhibitions for us. It truly feels like home. Although the industry is going through a challenging period due to geopolitical developments, we experienced interest well beyond our expectations even by the second day of the exhibition. The strong attention shown to our products and our stand has been extremely encouraging,” he said.
Turgutalp added that the positive atmosphere extended beyond ELiAR’s own stand, stressing that ITM continues to serve as an important source of motivation for the textile machinery industry as a whole.
Next-Generation Electronic Solutions Unvelid at ITM 2026
At ITM 2026, ELiAR presented innovations across its three core business areas: electronics, mechatronics, and software. Among the highlights were the company’s 9th-generation fully automatic touchscreen dyeing machine controllers, representing the latest evolution of electronic solutions that ELiAR has been developing since 1984.
The company also introduced its smart pH, conductivity, and color absorbance sensors to the market. “These sensors operate with advanced algorithms capable of achieving the correct dyeing result in a single process while keeping critical process parameters under control,” Turgutalp explained. He also noted that ELiAR’s long-awaited flow meter (flow control) systems attracted considerable attention from visitors.
A New Era in Mechatronics and Software
In the mechatronics segment, ELiAR showcased its fully automatic powder dye dispensing system, designed to meet the requirements of different production segments. The system emerged as one of the exhibition’s most notable innovations. Turgutalp also highlighted the growing importance of software within the company’s long-term strategy, emphasizing ELiAR’s continued investment in digital transformation.
“One of our 2030 strategic objectives is for software to account for more than 30% of our total revenue.” he said, adding that the company is focusing on AI-powered decision support systems, digital dyehouse management, and sustainable production technologies.
The software portfolio introduced at ITM 2026 included ELiScope, Cortex, and the AI-powered Insight platform, all designed to optimize dyehouse and laundry operations while improving decision-making and supporting sustainability initiatives.
Strong Interest in Technology and Innovation
According to Turgutalp, visitor traffic exceeded expectations from the very first days of the exhibition, demonstrating the industry’s growing interest in advanced technologies. “Once again, we have seen how much value our industry places on technology and innovation. This level of interest gives us even greater motivation for the future.” he said.
Strong International Visitor Profile
Turgutalp noted that ITM 2026 provided valuable international business opportunities, particularly through visitors from India, Pakistan, and Egypt. He pointed out that the company welcomed a significant number of professionals from Egypt, while visitor interest from India also met expectations. Numerous pre-scheduled meetings were successfully held during the first two days of the exhibition, paving the way for new business partnerships.
Software and Robotics at the Core of ELiAR’s 2030 Vision
Looking ahead, Turgutalp emphasized that ELiAR’s future strategy will focus on digitalization, artificial intelligence, and robotics. “Our primary direction will be to further develop our software solutions and decision support systems. At the same time, we are continuing to invest in robotics. These will be the two key areas on which we will concentrate in the years ahead.” he concluded.
