Hosted from the Convention Centre in Dublin, Ireland on 15-19 November, with both in-person and virtual attendance options, the conference will host changemakers from around the globe, trailblazers, and peers to tackle sustainability topics and climate action on textile fibre and materials.
Annabelle Hutter, Creative Director for Säntis Textiles, commented, “Following a fruitful partnership with the Textile Exchange, we’re delighted to be working with them once again with our partner, Kipas, to help reach and engage audiences on the crucial subject of textile sustainability and circularity.
“Built on generations of textile expertise with both of our roots firmly in sustainable production, we have worked closely with Kipas Textiles in recent years to help to actively improve the textiles industry and now as joint title sponsors for the conference, we’re delighted to use the opportunity to raise awareness across our expansive networks and platforms. We look forward to working in collaboration with the conference and the rest of the sponsors to deliver a world-class event during a fundamental time for our industry.”
Interactive and focused Round Table Summits
For years, Säntis Textiles and Kipas Textiles have worked together to inspire meaningful change and collaboration for the future of the textile industry through sustainable innovation and production.
Halit Gumuser, Managing Director for Kipas Textiles, commented, “The essence of the Textile Exchange Sustainability Conference aligns perfectly with both our goal, and our partner, Säntis Textiles’ goal to make a positive step change in the fashion and textile industry. The conference is the perfect platform to show circular, sustainable fashion is possible, not years in the future, but now, and we look forward to being part of the conversation.”
The annual conference will host interactive and focused Round Table Summits; presentations; networking opportunities; success stories in sustainability; new trends and technologies that address climate change challenges; and best practices for implementing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) into businesses.
