Erteks CFA will Introduce Its Newly Acquired Agencies and Innovations at ITM 2024
Erteks CFA, which has been serving the textile industry since its establishment in 1955, undertakes the representation of world brands in the field of finishing. In the spinning section, the company will present AB Carter’s new ring series Royal rings and Miracle coated travellers to the visitors at booth F10A.
Royal rings are produced by hand with very precise tolerances, guaranteeing perfect spinning. Miracle, the new coating of the company, offers 2 times the lifetime of the travellers compared to its competitors and significantly reduces operating costs.
In the nonwoven sector, Goebel IMS, a new cooperation, manufactures Winder and Slitter Rewinder machines for nonwoven lines. The company has a 170-year history and has 11,000 machines installed globally.
The Hyperslit Giant Slitter Rewinder with fully automatic conveying system minimizes the distance between cores without the need for spacers. Equipped with the latest technology, the Hyperslit Giant ensures high performance and quality in the processing of various Nonwoven materials such as Spunbond, Meltblown SMS, SMMS and Spunlace.
The Nonwovens portfolio also includes the slitting and winding solutions Revowind and Jumbowind. These in-line winding machines with single or double winding drums specialize in winding delicate and demanding materials. Upgradeable with a slitting unit (Revowind only) and various automation options, they are equipped with a doffing system to minimize waste.
Another innovation for nonwovens mills is the TE MTZN bar type Metal detectors, the latest innovation from the Italian company CEIA Spa. Up to 1.500 mt/min. speed, this detector can detect metals such as iron, non-ferrous (copper, aluminum, etc.) and stainless steel in the web. This detector measures every 30cm, determines at which coordinate the metal contamination is located and provides the opportunity to follow up with computer or quality control programs with its own Logger unit.
Finally, in the finishing department, the fabrics are given a Lisa effect with Toscana Spazzole, giving them a suede look. ITB Sanfor felts are produced as 100% Nomex and provide maximum shrinkage and dimensional stability in fabrics with its non-marking sensitive surface.
