For More Powerful Motors From Crealet: New LCM Control
The warp thread tension can be controlled reproducibly with the BLDC and LCM warp let-off controls. In this way a constant product quality is achieved. For many high-quality tapes, an exact repeat length is of crucial importance, with the warp thread tension playing an essential role.
Controls for the digital age
The warp let-off controls in combination with load cells for recording the warp thread tension offer an optimal warp thread feed for the weaving of elastic and non-elastic tapes. Both controls bring warp feeders into the digital age.
For more powerful motors: the LCM control
The LCM control is a further development of the BLDC control that has already been successfully launched on the market. With this control, more powerful motors can be used in order to be able to regulate high warp thread tensions properly or to use large warp beams in order to increase the running time until the warp beam change.
Easy operation with user-friendly color display
The user-friendly menu navigation on the color display enables easy operation of the device. In addition to the parameter settings and error messages, the warp tension can also be displayed as a setpoint and actual value or as a diagram. Comprehensive software ensures that the control can be adapted to a large number of customer requirements.
Advantages of the LCM control
Reproducibility of the production data
Traceability of production and process data
Visualization of the warp thread tension
Tissue data storage
Easy to use
Network compatible
Remote access for monitoring and optimization
