Jeanologia Displayed at ITM 2024 the Fastest and Most Efficient Laser on the Market
Jeanologia participated in the International Textile Machinery Fair ITM 2024 held in Istanbul between 4-8 June. The Spanish company showcased its Twin Super laser in Istanbul, boasting an unprecedent production capacity of up to 3,000 garments per day.
As the global leader in sustainable technologies for the textile industry, the Spanish company showcased its latest innovations in laser technology applied to garment finishing, reaffirming its dedication to the Turkish market as a pivotal player in achieving a more eco-efficient and digitized textile industry.
Textile professionals in Turkey have the firsthand opportunity to experience the benefits of laser technologies such as Twin Super and Flash System, two indispensable tools for maximizing efficiency in textile production while upholding sustainability.
The Twin Super laser marks a significant leap forward in textile production due to its exceptional speed and productivity. Equipped with two laser tubes and exclusive digital power control, it allows simultaneous work on both trouser legs, making it the most productive and fastest laser on the market. Specifically designed for large production volumes, it offers a capacity of between 2,500 to 3,000 garments per day, depending on the design. These capabilities ensure the best cost per garment in the market. Additionally, its versatility in sizes and expanded configurations guarantees high compatibility with various fits in the market.
ITM Turkey also served as a platform to highlight the advanced capabilities of Jeanologia’s Flash System, which integrates hardware and software with an intelligent algorithm dynamically controlling laser power, thereby exponentially increasing marking speed without compromising garment finishing quality. Both solutions prioritize energy efficiency, contributing to reducing operational costs and the environmental impact of textile production.
Amor Cardona from Jeanologia Brainbox Team says that ITM 2024 offers an important market for European brands looking to expand into Asia and the Middle East. The system developed by Jeanologia, which came to Istanbul with the laser system they added to the Twin Super machine, is a synthesis between hardware and software. Stating that they have made it possible to make marking quickly thanks to the product they have developed, Cardona says that they currently have the fastest laser technology on the market. Stating that the focus of the textile industry should be on sustainability, Amor Cardona underlines that they help the industry become more sustainable with the technologies they produce. The company, which is also aware of the importance of digitalization, is based on producing software that considers both parameters. Reminding that the industry is going through a difficult period, Cardona thinks that ITM 2024 is an indicator that machine manufacturers continue to resist and support all textile producing countries, especially Turkey. “We are here to get through this difficult period together,” says Amor Cardona, and is very satisfied with the activity and the collaborations they have signed in the exhibition, which is three days behind.
