Margasa: 35 Years of Experience in the Textile Recycling Line
For over 35 years, Margasa, have been producing complete tearing lines. This experience give company the possibility to design and build the most advanced machines in the market, and satisfy the most exigent customers all around the five continents.
In order to give a total guarantee to its customers, Margasa, can deliver turn key installation, so the company take care of all parts of the installation, from design up to training and production trials according with specific requirements of each customer. Versatility of its machinery let them work with any kind of textile fibrous waste, from yarn up to nonwovens, with any composition: cotton, polyester, polypropylene, kevlar, etc., for the nonwoven and spinning industries.
MAIN PROCESSES TO BE DISTINGUISHED IN A TEARING INSTALLATION ARE AS FOLLOW:
Cutting and preparation: When textile wastes arrive to a tearing installation, they usually have very different shapes and sizes. In order to work and transport them, we must cut them in an adequate and homogeneous size.
Some materials like cotton or polyester need an addition of a mixture of water with special oils and antistatic chemical products in order to get a better efficiency of the fibres and the machinery.
Transport, storage and feeding: Cut textile wastes can be easily transported by the action of pneumatic fans up to storage silos where materials can rest until tearing machine feeder request to be filled.
Tearing: This is the most important step of the installation. Inside the tearing machine by the successive action of big pinned cylinders working against feeding units composed by feeding dish and feeding cylinders the rags, clips, etc. Become fibre again. A interal recyling system help us to eliminate the possibility that small pieces can go out of the machine with the fibre.
Filtering: Technological air of the installation must be filtered before delivering to the atmosphere in order to avoid to contaminate the air. The company’s machines are designed to open all kinds of textile waste from long fibres, such as wool, acrylic, polyester, jüte, polyamide and their blends through to short fibres such as, cotton, polyester, viscose etc and their various blends.
