“MODULAR IN-HOPPER DESIGN” (MIHD)
ADW is produced modularly regarding your needs. Each hopper with 90 lt of capacity; built in the ADW system with modules of 16 hoppers and can be expanded with your increasing demand to 32, 48, 64 or even 80 hoppers.
“FLEXIBLE WEIGHING MODES” (FWM)
ADW has flexible weighing options regarding your priorities. You can either choose “Smart Weighing Mode” with Speed (% of accuracy) or “Precise Weighing Mode” with Precision (+/-20 mg accuracy)
“DOUBLE AXIS PROCESS SYSTEM” (DAPS)
ADW doubles the speed of the process with 2 simultaneous working weighing robots and dis- solving units in 2 independent axis.

INDUSTRY 4.0 READY FULL AUTOMATIC SYSTEM
ADW is a Industry 4.0 ready, full-automatic dyestuff weighing, dissolving and distributing system with no need of manual operator control. It is also integrated to your Dyehouse Systems thanks to TeleMES software by ELİAR, which allows you to work in touch with other machines and collect data throughout the dyeing process.
FLEXIBLE DISTRUBITION OPTIONS
ADW is ready to distribute the dyestuff mix ordered either with Single Line or with Multiple Line to your dyeing machines. Multiple Line helps you maintain your system centralized, it also helps qualification safety by avoiding cross contamination across the need of different dyeing machines. On the other hand Single Line helps you save space and money due to less piping but has more complex maintenance requirements due to un-centralized layout of control valves.
