The Fully Automatic Winder DS 352 from Dietze+Schell
Germany-based Dietze+Schell will participate in the ITM 2024 Exhibition at the İkiler Tekstil booth, which undertakes the representation of Turkey. The company will present the fully automatic winder DS 352 to the visitors.

The fully automatic DS 352 precision cross winder is used for winding and rewinding textile and technical yarns. It can be used for in-line and off-line operation and with a continuous flow principle: Threads are fed in on one side and full bobbins are removed on the other. This is an essential prerequisite for end-to-end process automation. One or two winding positions are arranged on one frame. You can combine any number of these frames to form production lines with a number of winders in one network as per your needs. The compact design is advantageous, especially when space is scarce. The machine is designed for production of precision or random wound packages. Optional the traverse length is flexibly adjustable via input terminal.
The fully automatic bobbin change is performed at full production speed. Automatic application of an adjustable thread reserve per bobbin can be set. The empty tubes are fed via a magazine from the backside. The system ejects full bobbins onto a conveyor belt or a tray. The machine was developed for continuous operation. Its configurations can be adapted to customer requirements. Dietze & Schell has developed a modular system for efficient and cost-saving adaptation.
