“We are at ITM 2022 with Machines that will Increase the Capacity of Our Customers”

Mersan, which started out with the production of textile finishing machines in 1983, produces machines to the world with its many representative offices located around the world. In doing so, it does not compromise on its service policy, which is environmentally friendly and will provide added value to society. One of the permanent participants of ITM 2022 Exhibition, Mersan’s General Manager Çağatay Sümer, stated that they are happy to bring their products back to their customers after 3-year break.
Stating that ITM 2022 is very good both in terms of exhibitors and visitors and in terms of introducing themselves to the world, Sümer explained the importance of the exhibition for them with the following words: “ITM exhibitions always have a very important place for us. We are always doing our best to ensure participation, and so far new customers have been very positive in terms of meeting with new representative companies.” Sümer said that the exhibition continues well above expectations and added: “We are very happy, we had the opportunity to meet with many visitors. We had the opportunity to introduce our machines. after 3 years break, this has made us very happy. It’s very important to be able to meet again.”
We have brought a new solution to the sector by making a 3-Felted Compactor Machine
Stating that they first introduced the “open width felted compactor” machine at the exhibition, Sümer explained the features of the machine as follows: “Normally, it is produced with 2 felts. But as a result of our work, we think that we have brought a new solution to the textile sector by making 3 felt compactor machines. That’s what we tell our customers. I hope it will be useful and we can make new collaborations. We believe that our machine is an effective product to increase the capacity of our customers and make their production more efficient.”
Stating that another product they offer is the singeing machine designed for open knit woven fabrics, Sümer said, “We can say that the singeing machine is one of the best manufacturers in Turkey. Our competitors are European companies. Let’s not say that we are competing with them, but we have improved ourselves a lot, we are continuing to improve and we have started to eat the fruits of it. This exhibition helps us a lot in terms of promoting our product. We are very happy to introduce our singeing machine to our customers.”
“We have Met with Argentine and European Officials for New Representations”
Sümer said the following about their cooperation: “We are not generally in favor of taking quick action at exhibitions. After conducting our negotiations, we will eveluate with our board of directors. But we have met with the authorities, especially in Argentina and some European regions, for new representations. I hope there will be good results on behalf of our company.”
