“We Deliver Precise Printing Performance with Next-Generation Camera Technology”
With the ML 32000 model exhibited at ITM 2026, Epson Mona Lisa showcased the technological level it has achieved in digital textile printing. Equipped with a camera system, the machine can automatically detect motifs within the design and thereby perform precise pattern-matched printing. This feature offers significant advantages, particularly for manufacturers with high quality expectations. By reducing error rates during the printing process, the system increases production efficiency while also making a direct contribution to final product quality.
“Flexibility to Operate with Reactive and Pigment Inks”
Francesco Nozza stated that one of the key advantages of the ML 32000 is its ability to use different ink technologies on the same platform. The machine can operate with both reactive inks and pigment inks. This provides manufacturers with greater production flexibility for different fabric types and application areas. While emphasizing that quality in textile printing is directly related not only to printheads but also to ink technologies, Nozza stated that the systems they have developed demonstrate to customers the true level of quality that can be achieved in digital printing.
