“Our Products Have Seen High Demand after the ITM 2022 Exhibition”
Dr. Bettina Temath, Trützschler Group SE Global Marketing President
We interviewed for the March issue of our Tekstil Teknoloji magazine with Trützschler Group SE Global Marketing President Dr. Bettina Temath. “2021 and 2022 were a very outstanding year for Trützschler due to the high order intake and that Turkey continues to be one of the most important markets for us” Temath said.
Also, Dr. Bettina Temath said they are still confronted with the impact of disrupted global supply chains, but the situation is improving, and mitigation measures come into effect.
“We are developing intelligent and automated solutions for our customers”
Strive to be an attractive employer around the globe for both young and experienced professionals, Trützschler sees its employees not only as qualified workers but also as part of the Trützschler community.
Dr.Bettina Temat said, “The key to creating an inspirational work atmosphere for us because for is the family spirit.” and added; “This is also reflected in the benefits we offer them. For our customers, we are developing intelligent and automated solutions to face deficiency factors like staff shortages or poor qualification of personnel. The Trützschler teams worldwide are working around the clock to accelerate supply and to support our customers in the best way. ” stated.
“The only comber on the market to offer automatic Piecing Optimizer technology: TCO 21”
Talking about the features of the TCO21 comber they developed, Bettina Temath shared the following details: “ Our comber TCO 21, for example, includes self-optimizing features: It joins our TCO 12 as the only comber on the market that offers an automatic Piecing Optimizer technology. This technology does not require a single laboratory test due to two functions: First by adjusting the piecing time in the combing cycle. Whereas the resetting of the detaching point (piecing time) is usually a very time-consuming task, it now takes only a few minutes and is performed automatically at a push on a button. Second the user is helped to select specific detaching curve types for their unique requirements.”
CL-X saves up to 30% energy
Temath continued her words as follows: “We take action to reduce the energy consumption at our sites – among other things through efficient heating systems, machines and building restauration or the expansion of “green” energy supply, for example through the use of photovoltaics, wind and hydro power. The topic of energy efficiency also plays a decisive role in our machine development. For example, our new pre-cleaner CL-X: Optimized air flow leads to lower power consumption at the opening rolls. Additionally, an integrated air separator contributes to reducing the transport air by ensuring that only excess air needs to be removed, not all of the air. Less exhaust air means less energy consumption. As a result, the CL-X saves up to 30 percent energy compared to the current benchmark.
In our new developments, energy efficiency and optimum raw material utilization are key aspects. We are looking forward to presenting our latest solutions at ITMA in Milan this year – and kindly invite everyone to come and see for themselves at booth C101 (hall 3).
Temath stated that they have received really good feedback on their machines after the ITM 2022 Exhibition; “At ITM 2022, there was a particularly high demand for the smart comb with its self-optimizing features is very high because this machine meets the requirements for high productivity and excellent quality combined with easy handling and simplified maintenance. Many Turkish customers are convinced of these advantages and have therefore ordered this card. The overall global demand is, in our view, cooling down in 2023 compared to 2022. However, the willingness to invest varies from country to country and depends on changes in the textile supply chain. We observed a trend, for example, to build capacities in closer proximity to target markets.” she ended her speech.
