Great Interest in Our Publications at ITMA 2023
As Tekstil Teknoloji and Technical Textiles & Nonwoven Technologies magazine, we took our place at the ITMA 2023 Fair held in Milan between 8-14 June. The exhibitors and visitors who came to our stand showed great interest in our publications.
ITMA 2023, organizing with the slogan of ‘Transforming the Textile World’ and ‘Shaping the Future’, was held at Fiera Milano Rho Fair Center in Italy. We participated in the 19th ITMA 2023 with a large team as Tekstil Teknoloji and Technical Textiles & Nonwoven Technologies magazines. During the exhibition, our team followed the press conferences organized by the leading brands of textile technologies and also visited local and foreign company executives at their booths and made and interviews. Exhibitors and visitors showed great interest in our stand during the 7-day fair. Many industry representatives, including company owners, managers and academics, stopped by our booth and viewed our publications and received information from our team.
Meanwhile, at the ITMA 2023, which brought together more than 1700 exhibitors and hosted 111 thousand visitors, the disruptions caused by the layout did not go unnoticed. In particular, Turkish company officials expressed their dissatisfaction with the location of their stands on blind side. One of the issues discussed at the exhibition was the visa problem. Exhibitors and visitors from many countries, including Turkey, Pakistan, India and Bangladesh, Egypt and Iran, could not attend the ITMA 2023 because they did not obtain visas. Company officials said that their teammates who in charge at the exhibition were able to get their visas a few hours before their flight. The high number of visitors from countries such as Brazil, Portugal and Peru drew attention at the fair.
