Denge Makine at Garment Tech Istanbul Exhibition with its Wide Range of Products

Denge Makine, which is preparing to participate in Garmen Tech Istanbul Exhibition with its ambitious product range, will bring together many high-tech solutions from back pocket attachment to laser zipper pocket welt machine, from J sewing machine to embroidery machines with industry professionals. The company will host its visitors at the booth numbered 708B in Hall 7.

Founded in 2010 by a team familiar with the sector’s dynamics, Denge Makine emerged as an innovative player in the Turkish garment machinery sector with the D&K Cobra brand. Launched in 2017 in collaboration with Kılıç Kalıp, the brand has since become a leading name in the industry. Since its establishment, the company has attracted attention with its automation systems that increase production efficiency, offer error-free workmanship and save time. It has made a difference in the sector by developing machines especially for challenging fabrics such as denim.

Getting ready to participate in the Garmentech Istanbul Fair with its ambitious product range, Denge Makine will introduce many high-tech solutions from back pocket attachment to laser zipper welt pocket machine from J-stitch automat to embroidery machines to industry professionals. The company considers this participation not only as an exhibition, but also as a strategic opportunity to follow sectoral developments, establish new collaborations and have a greater say in the international market.

In our interview with Denge Makine General Manager Birol Özübek, we talked about D&K Cobra’s journey from its establishment to its current position, its expectations from the exhibition and its goals for 2025.

Could you tell us the story of how your company was founded?

D&K Cobra is a brand of Denge Makine, which entered the sector in 2010. Our founders have worked as technical personnel since 1996, bringing their experience to the sector when they established their own company in 2010. In 2017, they produced their first items in partnership with Kılıç Kalıp, presenting a new brand to the sector.

Could you tell us about the products and their features that you will exhibit at the Garment Tech Istanbul Exhibition?

At the Garment Tech Istanbul Exhibition, we will be exhibiting various automatic machines that we have developed for the needs of the garment industry. Our featured products include:

• Back Pocket Attaching Automat: Equipped with 4000 rpm speed, electronic thread cutting system, needle-driven foot system, thread breakage sensor and cooling features.
• Watch Pocket Attaching Automat: It is a machine specially designed for flexible fabrics such as denim, which performs folding and pocket sewing in the same unit.
• Pocket Folding Automat: It is a fast and precise system that performs the pocket folding process perfectly. The machine, which has the ability to adjust according to different thicknesses of the fabric to be folded, saves a lot of time in pocket production.
• J Sewing Automat: It is a machine that can perform J type sewing patterns with high speed and precision, especially suitable for use on denim and similar heavy fabrics. This automat increases sewing quality and significantly increases production speed.
• Bridge Automat: This machine is a high precision and fast production tool that allows bridge stitches to be made on the fabric. Bridge stitches are especially preferred in fashion and design-oriented productions.
• ⁠Laser Zipper Pocket Welt Automat: It is a system integrated with laser technology that performs zipper pocket welt sewing with high precision.
• Bartacking Machine: Bartacking is a machine that works at high speed and precision, specially developed for sewing small parts such as collars and cuffs. It ensures that the fabric is processed properly and the sewing quality is increased.
• Embroidery Machine: This machine was designed especially for processes requiring detailed workmanship in clothes. It performs embroidery, pattern processing and similar processes at high speed and flawlessly. These machines, which are frequently used in the fashion and design world, offer ideal solutions for aesthetic and quality production.
• Label Attaching Machine: This machine allows labels to be attached to garments quickly and accurately. It both increases production efficiency and ensures that labels are placed properly. These machines, which save time especially in large production lines, increase quality by attaching labels with precision.

What are your expectations from the Garment Tech Istanbul Exhibition? What kind of value do you expect this organization to create for your company?

Garment Tech Istanbul Exhibition offers a great opportunity to follow innovations in the sector and establish collaborations. At this exhibition, we aim to strengthen our ties with our current customers, establish new business partnerships and introduce our products to a wider audience. In addition, seeing the latest developments and innovations in the sector and gaining ideas that will provide competitive advantage are among the other important gains we expect from the exhibition.

What would you like to say about your 2025 goals and the state of our industry?

The year 2025 will be a year of growth and innovation for D&K Cobra. Considering the increasing demand and changing technology dynamics in the sector, we plan to increase our production capacity and offer more environmentally friendly products. The future of the garment sector is bright, but important factors such as digitalization, sustainability and innovation are increasing competition in the sector. Therefore, we will continue to develop innovative solutions and invest in technologies that will lead the sector.
