Cedit Makina to Showcase Low Liquor Ratio Yarn Dyeing Solutions at ITM 2026
Cedit Makina will introduce the new generation yarn dyeing technologies that provide energy, water, and chemical savings to the industry at ITM 2026. Founded in 2005 in Bursa, the company offers innovative solutions to the textile sector with over 20 years of engineering experience in yarn dyeing technologies.
With the machines and technologies it will exhibit at ITM 2026, Cedit Makina will share its engineering approach focused on efficiency and sustainable production in yarn dyeing processes with professionals.
Cedit Makina offers integrated dyehouse solutions to textile manufacturers through its extensive product portfolio covering the critical stages of yarn dyeing processes. With its engineering expertise and production infrastructure, the company acts as a solution partner for the establishment of complete yarn dyeing plants and process design for many textile manufacturers. To date, the company has exported machines to more than 20 countries and is positioned as a reliable technology provider in international markets.
Low Liquor Ratio Technology for Sustainable Dyeing
One of the highlight solutions at the fair is the Rotary Arm Spray Skein Dyeing Machine, developed to meet the efficiency and sustainability needs of modern dyehouses. Operating with an average 1:8 liquor ratio, the system significantly reduces water, energy, and chemical consumption and provides cost advantages to businesses.
The 360° rotating spray system used in the machine increases dye penetration, enabling homogeneous and high-quality dyeing results on different types of yarn. This technology offers significant advantages in process reliability and dyeing quality, especially for yarn manufacturers with high-quality expectations.
Multi-Color Yarn Dyeing and Yarn Printing Technologies
At the fair, Cedit Makina will also showcase the systems it has developed for multi-color yarn dyeing and yarn printing technologies. These systems allow controlled and repeatable gradient effects in 4 to 6 different colors, providing high design flexibility, especially in fashion yarns and technical textile production.
The company will also exhibit the following machines, which create integrated and efficient production processes in yarn dyeing plants:
- Skein dyeing machines with capacities ranging from 1 kg to 6500 kg
- Yarn fixation systems with vacuum technology
- High-efficiency yarn drying machines
- Centrifuge and process equipment
Cedit Makina considers ITM 2026 an important platform to strengthen global collaborations and expand into new markets. At Hall 10, Stand 1008, the company will present its engineering solutions focused on energy efficiency and process optimization to international visitors.
