At ITM 2026, Bianco attracted significant visitor interest by presenting its new vacuum technology developed for knitted fabric finishing. Focusing on energy efficiency and sustainable production, the company showcased solutions designed to help textile manufacturers reduce operating costs while improving production performance.
Replacing the conventional squeezing system with an advanced vacuum system, the new technology enables fabrics to leave the production line with lower residual moisture. As a result, less natural gas is required during the drying process, leading to significant energy savings and higher production efficiency. With this solution, Bianco aims to improve both product quality and cost efficiency in knitted fabric finishing processes.

He explained that Bianco’s new vacuum technology replaces the conventional squeezing system, allowing fabrics to leave the production process with lower residual moisture.
