Elteksmak Develops Technologies for Every Field of Textile

Realizing its domestic and international sales above its targets last year, Elteksmak appended a closed area of 5 thousand square meters to its existing manufacturing site last year.

In order to meet the increasing orders, Elteksmak has invested in state-of-the-art machinery technology levels in almost every part of the production and recruited the necessary qualified personnel. In addition, it started the construction of a closed area of 5 thousand square meters appending to its existing 20 thousand square meters manufacturing area. Most importantly, it strengthened its R&D department to increase its innovations. In this direction, the company has produced machines for many carpet and blanket manufacturers related to carpet finishing lines, which started in 2019 and gained momentum in 2020. Thus, it took a firm step into the carpet and blanket sector.

More than half of the production is exported

The machinery of Elteksmak, which generally exports 60-70 percent of its production, operates in five continents of the world. Without underestimating the importance of Turkey in the textile market, the company aims to increase its overseas sales as much as possible and to be present wherever the textile industry is available. It provides this with its marketing staff with high international experience, agencies, its own offices in some countries, and service units that have been established in every country that reaches a certain number of machines. Elteksmak has recently increased its machinery sales abroad; concentrated in Pakistan, Egypt, Russia, and Uzbekistan.

Latest Technologies

The main technologies of Elteksmak, which focuses on drying technologies are Poslu stenter machine, Elnino, and Elmego X models tumbler drying and touching machine, Airelax free drying machine, and Vaporesso steaming and fixing machine.

The company is preparing to exhibit the technologies that it has developed at the ITM Exhibition between 14 and 18 June 2022.
