Fadis is the only company in the world to offer a complete line of machines specifically studied for preparing yarn for the following dyeing processes, be it in form of bobbin, hank or FAPP™/ Muff. It also offers all the machines to wind the dyed yarn. In the last years Fadis has seen an impressive increase in turnover: +100%, with a thirty-million-euro turnover in 2018. Without any doubt, the soft winders and rewinders with winding spindle equipped with an electronic yarn guide for precision crossing, complete with a tension control unit and a completely electronic ‘on-line’ density device used to process staple and continuous yarn are the technologically most advanced and efficient machines on the market today.
ELASTIC YARN DYEING RANGE
Undisputed leader in this sector, Fadis is the only company in the world to be able to offer the most appropriate machine range to prepare yarns, in the form of Packages, Fapp™, Muff and Hanks.
ELASTOMERIC YARN COVERING RANGE
With this range, Fadis offers its Sincro Sprint spooling machine, a compact and efficient double-sided spooling machine equipped with independent winding spindles with electronic yarn guide, precision crossing and motorised bobbin. Concerning the air covering system, Fadis was the first company worldwide to present this technology in 1987. Today, its Multipla Airjet model is considered the benchmark on the market. The ‘Regina’ version is the Multipla Airjet model which foresees the application of an electronic motorised unwinding device necessary to unwind an elastomeric yarn and to intermingle it through air with a textured yarn.
HANK DYEING LINE
Fadis has made the only reeling machine and only hank-to-cone winder with a winding spindle available on the market today, equipped with an electronic yarn guide for precision crossing, an ideal system to process cotton, wool and acrylic yarns. Fadis will be present at ITMA Barcelona show – H7/B209 with a huge stand of more than 400 sq. and will introduce new machines and new development.
