LCC Group Produced More Than 1000 Machines in 2023

LCC Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., exports its spinning machines to countries such as Egypt, Uzbekistan and Iran, produced more than a thousand machines in total in 2023. The company is commissioning its machines in textile cities such as Uşak, Gaziantep, Şanlıurfa, Kahramanmaraş, Denizli, İstanbul, Tekirdağ Çorlu.
The company, whose engineer team has more than 20 years of knowledge on yarn and spinning machines, continues to work to be a pioneer in the sector. Despite the economic recession in the country in 2023, LCC Group launched many new machines and achieved 25% growth.
As of 2024, the company will also produce blendomat, unixer, dustex, fire and metal detectors, oblique opener, filter systems, air handling units/systems, dust waste collection units within its own organization.
LCC to Manufacture Yarn Preparation and Haeman Machines in a Complete Line
In 2024, the company will focus on increasing its in-house activities and one of the innovations will be the complete production of machines in yarn preparation and haeman lines. At the same time, the company is strengthening its staff to produce textile filters and air handling units. Sharing his expectations for 2024 with Tekstil Teknoloji magazine, LCC Group General Manager Lütfü Karaman said: “We aim to grow by 25% by giving more importance to exports. In 2024, we will continue our investments to reduce foreign dependency. Our 2024 targets include expanding our production area and producing stronger and faster machines with 30 personnel.

Each machine is meticulously inspected, checked with sound levels and vibration analysis and equipped with environmentally friendly certificates. This is a reflection of the company’s commitment to quality. With many years of service experience, we offer our customers professionalism and reliability.”

LCC, which adopts an environmentally friendly production approach, supports its sustainability goals with its environmentally compliant machines. Lütfü Karaman said that LCC Textile’s focus on future environmental goals is an indicator of its commitment to protecting the environment and that they aim to be a pioneer not only in quality but also in environmental sustainability.

The company’s machines stand out with their environmental awareness and energy efficiency. Machines also have patents, sound level analyzes, vibration analyzes, strength tests of welds and materials, electricity consumption analyzes, and environmental compliance certificates. It continues to work to produce in accordance with the demands of factories and enterprises in the sector. In particular, it meets the documentation requirements in accordance with Europe and shapes all steps accordingly. ”
