LGL: Expert in Production of Electronic Yarn Feeders
L.G.L. Electronics, established in 1982, is specialized in the development and manufacturing of electronic yarn feeders for weaving and knitting machines. In the same year ELSY was also established, the subsidiary company develops and produces electronics for the industry. In 2004 LGL Hangzhou was established in China to optimize the production, sales and after-sales service for Far-Eastern markets.
Since the beginning its ambition has been to meet the most demanding expectations offering top-performing products with high technological content and possibly anticipating solutions for future needs. The path of innovation and upgrading of the corporate know-how, passes mainly through a technological assets in constant evolution, for the protection of which about 200 international patents have been filed. With the most complete dedication in these years of continuous experience the company has developed high quality products aiming always and wherever possible to innovation.
The range of electronic feeders is wide, able to satisfy also the challenging requirements of modern weaving (from traditional to technical fabrics) and knitting (socks, seamless, women’s wear, underwear, shoes and much else. LGL was the first in the world to provide electronic feeders able to program the desired tension and keep it constant. The tension setting is precise, the quality of the final product is higher and repeatable.
The company’s feeders today can communicate with Windows and Android systems and send information to a mobile phone or tablet thus enabling the immediate detection of any alarms. Since a long time company is committed to the development of technology with low environmental impact; since 2011 its electronic feeders are “GREEN CERTIFIED” to grant high efficiency and drastic reduction of energy consumption. The company’s ambition is to continue to develop new products that are increasingly easy to use, reliable and tailored to meet the specific needs of the end-users.

L.G.L Sales Manager Francesca Castelli, also said that no doubt Turkey is a strategic market for all European machine makers, surely for LGL. Castelli continued like that; “ The demand has continued to growth for many years till the significant slowdown in the second half of 2018. Francesca Castelli has announced that at ITMA 2019, they will introduce new products and improvements targeting the most demanding applications for weaving and knitting.
TECHNOLOGY
L.G.L. Electronics researches, develops and realizes the electronics of the feeders; the production of the electronic circuit boards is carried out through latest technology machinery such as lines SMT 4.0, automatic storages Lzero3; automatic testing machines Flying Probe Spea 4050; line Fuji Amex III with Ekra serigraphy and Kohyoung SPI; SMT ovens.
