The event was launched with the opening speech of Turkey Sales Manager Aslan Kabapelit followed by the new concept trends prepared by LYCRA®’s trend design agency Stijlinstituut fashion consultants and the technical presentation by Jane GwytherSock & Hosiery Marketing Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
The concepts in 5 main categories have been reflected upon the legs as a self-expression all through the life. The concepts innovative shown in the presentation were:
DANCE HALL
The emphasis is on pleasant activities such as having fun, dancing in this trend; hence exciting and appealing socks.
SPORTS ARENA
The motto of this trend is “ Health is the biggest wealth”, socks with the highest exercising performance have been designed.
BUSINESS LOUNGE
This trend takes retro-classical style of clothes coupled with a strong and well-established sense of fashion.
Classical, formal styles have been fused with modern touches; bring- ing past and future together.
PLAYGROUND
This trend is very spontaneous and intuitive, away from any limitations; elements that are re-defined from the scratch for any given purpose have been put together.
QUIET ROOM
In this trend there is an emphasis on simplicity and the wealth com- ing from the simplicity; away from anything and everything overdone.
The target audience of the trend is group of individuals living a min- imalist, comfortable and existentialist life style. As a summary; 2019 trends are materialized in the designs in which Lycra® , Coolmax® and Thermolite® fibers are used.
The preference for the occasions which are exciting, dynamic, sometimes childish sometimes reflecting the seriousness of the business life, when we turn into our inner world and feed its spirits by calmness and peace is reflected upon legs and mood through the original designs.
