Mert Dijital, which develops fast, high quality and economic solutions in the field of part printing in terms of capacity, quality, service and consumables supply required by manufacturers, has signed international collaborations with aeoon and Atexco companies.
Mert Dijital Makina Ticaret ve Sanayi Ltd.Şti which was established in 2011 in order to meet the demands in the field of digital printing with high quality and economical solutions and to contribute to the growth of the sector, has recently signed a representation agreement with aeoon company. With this agreement, the company will meet the needs of the sector in the field of part digital printing with its own know-how.
aeoon Technologies, a company with experience in screen printing, designs and manufactures industrial parts printing machines worldwide in Austria. The company, which has a team specialized in customer demands and needs, has more than 40 dealerships in more than 30 countries. Leading the DTG industry, aeoon offers solutions for every stage of part printing, prioritizing environmental awareness. Mert Dijital will also exhibit the aeoon Maikuro machine at the Fespa Fair, which will be held between November 23-26, 2023.
The Maikuro machine is aeoon’s most cost-efficient industrial parts printer and can achieve up to 65 prints per hour in A4 size on dark backgrounds with 2 printing stations. In addition, this model has a total of 8 Ricoh printheads working with CMYK colors and 4 white inks. Although Maikuro is an entry level version machine, it allows online orders to be produced without any errors. The machine is adapted to an automated workflow, works with GOTS-approved OEKO-TEX® certified dyes, freely combines designs with products and enables orders to be prepared comfortably.

VEGA X1 PRO Machine Specially Developed for Pigment Printing
Mert Dijital is the only dealer of Atexco (Hangzhou Honghua Digital Technology), which operates in the field of digital textile printing, in Turkey. Mert Dijital has been providing machine sales, dye sales and technical services in Turkey on behalf of Atexco since 2015. Mert Dijital, which continues its activities in the field of textile digital printing, offers its customers the experience of quantity printing in the printing sector with the Atexco brand; sublimation, direct sublimation, reactive, disperse, acid, pigment printing production.
Atexco was established in 1992 and has been focusing on the R&D and promotion of digital printing technology in the textile industry for more than 20 years. The company has 107 authorized patents, including 19 invention patents and 17 software copyrights. The company, which has twice won the national scientific and technological invention second prize and 8 first prizes at the provincial and ministerial level, has signed many national projects to establish the national digital printing engineering technology research center.
The Atexco Vega X1 Pro machine, which Mert Dijital recently introduced and presented for the first time, was specially developed for pigment printing. The machine has the ability to finish the printing in one go by throwing the pre-treatment chemical and binder from separate heads independent of the dyes. Since no post-processing is required, the need for water consumption is also eliminated. With these features, VEGA X1 PRO offers environmentally friendly production.
VEGA X1 CP machine, one of the machines sold to Turkey, performs pattern tracking on patterned fabrics such as jacquard and lace. The machine stands out with its innovations such as in-pattern coloring and double-sided printing.
The VEGA 9180 DI 48 machine, newly developed to meet high-capacity printing needs, offers users speed and production quality in detailed patterns (shirting).
