Yoshimasa Kitai said that as Muratec company, they will exhibit Automatic Cone Winder – QPRO EX / FPRO EX and VORTEX Spinning 870 EX at ITM 2022. “In Turkish market, for both 2 products, the number of installed machines are increasing thanks to high reliability from our customers with stable machine running and suitable after sales service. We are sure that ITM 2022 will be a good opportunity for us to establish stronger relationship with our customers and improve our products furthermore with actual customer’s voices.” Kitai said.
Products to be exhibited by Muratec Company at ITM 2022 are as follows:
Auto Winder:
Our QPRO EX/FPRO EX is well known as important machine for Winding porcess of spinning, however, we have machine type for Package Dyeing process (Cone to Cone type) and Weaving process (Rewind Magazine type) as well.
In this ITM 2022, we exhibit FPRO EX Cone to Cone Model-II and Model-SR.
FPRO EX is a flexbile arm travserse type with SERVO motor-drive, not usual drum traverse.
Model-II is specialized for automation type with one reserve package.
Model-SR is simple type for rewinding without splicer and yarn clearer.
New splicer for Core Spandex Yarn – S.A.S (Stretich Air Splicer) is also our new technologies. Splicing spandex core yarns requires remaining the spandex core
inside splice point but this is not easy by air splicer because the spandex core shrinks immediately after yarn cut. S.A.S can remain the core inside the splice point. This is big innovation in textile industries.
VORTEX Spinning:
Now VORTEX is a well known spinning system in all over the world and VORTEX yarn or fabric demands from apparel brands are also increasing day by day. But the main applications were rayon and rayon blends so far. This time, we would like to utilize ITM 2022 in order to introduce other applications.
As one of the examples, we are working with AKSA Akrilik who is Acrylic fiber manufacture in Turkey. With this collaboration, new applications using specialized Acrylic fibers for VORTEX is being developed. We are sure that other new applications will be developed in near future and stimulate new market demands also. We are willing to serve initiating new trends with VORTEX spinning system in Turkey.
Muratec Smart Support:
We have developed Muratec Smart Support system (MSS) which is Muratec IoT system. By connecting internet to Muratec Head office, our customers can get analysis reports of their machine performance at every week and every month.
Thanks to MSS, even without visiting customers, we can analize the current machine conditions and cause of problems, then possible to provide remote consultant support. Our customers also can get performance data, Job list, Maintenance schedule, Troubleshooting etc with their PC. We believe the demand for factory management by machine manufactures will get stronger and stronger.
We are sure MSS is the solution of future customer support system.
