What are your expectations from Garment Tech Istanbul Garment, Embroidery Machines, Spare Parts, and Sub-Industry Exhibition?

As a company constantly enhancing its products with new options and technologies, Özbilim aims to present its innovations to the world again and represent our country in the best possible way on the global stage. By choosing to participate in the Garment Tech Istanbul Exhibition, we aim to provide the most productive experience to visitors through interactive, face-to-face social introductions.

What are your thoughts on how Garment Tech Istanbul Exhibition will contribute to the Turkish economy, especially the Turkish garment and ready-to-wear sector?

International trade exhibitions stand out as important opportunities for opening up to the global market in today’s globalized world. Like all sectors, textile and machinery companies also participate in trade exhibitions to protect their existing markets and enter new ones. By participating in international exhibitions, companies expand their customer/dealer network and promote their products and services. Trade exhibitions, which bring companies together, are critical events for promoting Turkish companies in the global industry and increasing the recognition of our country.

Can you tell us about the products you plan to exhibit at Garment Tech Istanbul Exhibition?

At the exhibition, where we will exhibit our most in-demand innovations, we will have the opportunity to engage with our visitors face-to-face. Our visitors will have the chance to see our products, discover many of our options, working methodologies, and vision in detail at our promotional line.

• Interactive Pattern Control Machines: Our new product, equipped with a special processor and camera systems, checks cut patterns before sewing, optimizing time efficiency in quality control stages.
• Automatic Spreading Machines: The automatic fabric spreading machine, featuring the Agent & Base system for increased efficiency and augmented reality technology (AR) for cutting simulations during spreading, offers the C-Cut option.
• Fabric Inspection Machines: Our new fabric inspection machines, equipped with AI camera systems, use industrial computers to measure weight and length and print labels. The new generation fabric inspection machine, with its easy-to-use design and special software, marks defects based on fabric types, making the spreading process highly efficient.
• Automatic High-Layer Cutting: The automatic pastal cutting machine works with vacuumed material up to 3.5, 6, 8, and 10 cm and offers low Turkish production and operational costs, combined with ease of use.
• Conveyor Spreading Tables: These conveyor spreading tables, which can be combined with air tables and work synchronously with automatic pastal cutting machines, provide labor and time savings.
• Fabric Relaxing Machines: Equipped with AI camera systems and options for measuring weight and length and printing labels, our relaxing machines are designed to minimize information gaps in the cutting department.
• Single-Layer Cutting Machines: The single-layer sample cutting machine offers highly cost-effective and efficient operation, capable of flawless cutting on glass without using extra paper or plastic.

Do you have any target business connections or markets during the exhibition?

Our company, which targets the ready-to-wear, home textiles, and garment sectors, is now also making close contacts with various sectors like automotive. We believe that Garment Tech Istanbul Exhibition will be productive in this regard.

What do you think are the biggest needs of the Turkish garment and ready-to-wear sector, and how can this expo address those needs?

The biggest needs of the Turkish garment sector lie in green technology and innovation. Through its R&D efforts, Özbilim continues to pioneer sustainable technology methods, creating new innovations. With our innovations, we aim to shape the future of the garment and ready-to-wear sector by helping our global customers save on raw materials and energy.
