Pnosan Group Celebrates 30th Anniversary with Its New Factory

Founded in 1994 as a small business in Tekirdağ – Çorlu, Pnosan Group operates in the field of steam armatures, valves, steam pressure reducers and other flow control products. The company celebrates its 30th anniversary in the sector with its new factory built on an area of 8500 m2 in Çorlu.
30 years ago, Pnosan Group, which took its first step into the sector as a small business, continues its activities with pneumatic and hydraulic group products in addition to the steam and flow control group products, mechanical seal and sealing group products of the domestic production brands NST-Nordsteam, CoomPair and Duramech. Pnosan Group, which has been serving production facilities, factories and process lines in the fields of efficiency, flow control and energy saving for years with the products of its own brand NST-Nordsteam, which it undertakes the production of with great care, reaches all over the world.
Pnosan Group, which strives to bring continuous innovation to production with Proportional Control Valves, Direct Acting Steam Pressure Reducing Valves, On/Off Valves, Traps, Butterfly Valves and other flow control products, is moving towards the last quarter of 2023 with the motto ‘we learn and develop as we produce’.

The company celebrates its 30th anniversary with its new factory in Çorlu this year. Nida Ümit Şahin, Member of the Board of Directors of Pnosan Group, who made evaluations to Tekstil Teknoloji magazine about the new factory investment said; “Our company, which continues to develop as it produces and to produce as it develops, opened its new 8500 m2 factory in its 30th year in the sector. With our new factory investment, we aim to increase our contribution share in domestic production. We plan to continue to produce value for our country with all our strength in our new facility with our belief that the quality production we will make by working efficiently will carry us to different points.”

“We doubled our employment rate”
Expressing that they equipped the production track with the latest technology machines, Şahin stated that they doubled the employment rate. Şahin stated that since the new facility became operational, an increase of 50% has been achieved in R&D and P&D studies.
Stating that they participate in international fairs in order to expand their overseas sales network, Şahin said, “Last September, we participated in AquaTherm and TTME fairs in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan. There was great interest in our company’s stands and products. We hosted an intense number of visitors at AquaTherm in Tashkent, Uzbekistan between 4-6 October 2023 and at ISK-Sodex Istanbul between 25-28 October, 2023.”
Şahin underlined that their main goal as Pnosan Group is to be among the leading industrial valve manufacturing companies in the world by 2030; “We are on our way to becoming a brand that is recognised and preferred all over the world with our NST-Nordsteam domestic production branded valves.”
