Proses Mekatronik Presents High-Efficiency Solutions at ITM 2026
Throughout ITM 2026, Proses Mekatronik will welcome visitors at Hall 7, Booth 720A, where it will present its solutions designed to make production processes more efficient and profitable.
Offering efficiency-oriented engineering solutions in the field of textile machinery, Proses Mekatronik will introduce two key machines that add value to production processes at ITM 2026. During the exhibition, the company will display the 3-meter capacity model of its steam tank yarn setting machine, produced in different capacity options, as well as its HTHP (High Temperature High Pressure) 5-arm hank dyeing machine, also available in various capacities.
The machines on display support textile manufacturers’ competitiveness with their structures that contribute to energy efficiency, process stability, and high-quality production standards. With its flexible production capabilities and strong engineering infrastructure, Proses Mekatronik continues to strengthen its position in the industry by offering solutions tailored to different customer needs.
The steam tank yarn setting machine is designed to provide permanent stability in yarn structure through its vacuum-assisted steaming process. Thanks to the integrated steam tank, steam is directly supplied into the system, enabling faster and more efficient heating. This structure helps shorten process times while improving energy efficiency. The homogeneous distribution of saturated steam ensures equal temperature across all packages, while shrinkage within the yarn is controlled effectively. As a result, more balanced production outcomes and repeatable quality standards can be achieved.
Another solution to be exhibited at the fair, the HTHP 5-arm hank dyeing machine, offers homogeneous dyeing performance for different yarn types thanks to its high-temperature and high-pressure operating structure. Operating with an air cushion principle, the system optimizes water, chemical, and energy consumption through its low liquor ratio, while increasing process efficiency. With its pump-supported circulation system and precise control infrastructure, every stage of the dyeing process can be monitored and controlled effectively.
Available in different capacity alternatives, both machines provide businesses with flexible production opportunities while offering significant advantages in terms of process reliability and sustainability. In addition to machinery manufacturing, Proses Mekatronik aims to provide customers with more efficient, controlled, and profitable production processes by integrating automation and process control systems into its solutions.
Proses Mekatronik officials emphasize that ITM 2026 is an important platform bringing together global players of the textile industry and note that the exhibition offers valuable opportunities for developing new collaborations and expanding export networks.
