This system is the winning combination of the radio frequency technology with the hot air modules and allows a cost savings up to 30% compared to the standard RF solutions and the highest precision in the control of the drying temperature.
All the machines are monitored with a PLC device and all the parameters are automatically adjusted thanks to the special developed algorithms present in the PLC. The operators so have a simple to use touch screen panel where they just need to input few parameters in order to allow the machine to automatically calculate the best drying parameters.
