Ser Mechatronics Achieved Its Target Sales Volume in a Short Time
Ser Mechatronics, which has been operating in the textile machinery industry for approximately 12 years, started to manufacture new machines as of 2019. The company, which has about 25 years of experience regarding the machines that it started to produce and also technically served for many years, has many teammates.
Production of ram machines, coating units, knitting and weaving sanforizing lines and post-press fixed steaming machines continue at full speed apart from the double drum – single drum raising, shaving, brush, combing, sanding, pole rotor shaving machines that Ser Mechatronics started to produce in the first place.

In a short period of time such as 1.5 years, after Ser Mechatronics started manufacturing new machinery, the orders and sales figures exceeded the number of 100 units. Ser Mechatronics Sales and Marketing Manager Türker Şen explained the reason for these successes with the following statements:

The machines of the company, which primarily attract attention, are machines such as raising, shaving, brush, pole rotor shaving, diamond sanding units, which provide added value to the fabric especially in finishing processes, which are considered very sensitive and require manufacturing know-how and experience. These machines, most of which are already delivered by the company that carried out the sale of more than 50 raising machines and more than 20 shavers in total, continue to add value to the fabric production processes of the companies.
Ser Mechatronics continues to actively sell and deliver its machines internationally as well as domestically. Uzbekistan is at the top of the company’s priority markets abroad. Ser Mechatronics established in Tashkent; serves as sales, service, technical support, and spare parts. Ser Mechatronics, carrying out sales to North and South America with its experienced overseas sales team and agents, also follows through sales to Far Eastern countries such as Bangladesh, Pakistan, and India.
Production pursued during the pandemic period
Şen emphasized that, as a company, they have overcome the curfew restrictions that were implied due to the troublesome pandemic period that left its mark in 2020, continued his statements as the following:
‘‘Thanks to the health precautions that we attach great importance to as a company and the special permits provided by the state officials for manufacturing facilities, we paid particular attention to produce our machine orders and deliver them within the promised deadline. Our field teams continued to provide continuous service, with the dye house maintenance teams functioning intensively especially during the periods when the dye houses were closed. Moreover, many enterprises exhaustively completed the revision works that they could not find an available time slot during the regular working times.’’
