Stoll Will Introduce Its New Machine CMS 503 ki for the First Time at ITM 2022
Karl Mayer Group, its Business Unit Stoll Area Sales Manager Lutz Vogel, with whom we interviewed for our Tekstil Teknoloji magazine, made evaluations about the Turkish market. Vogel also gave information about the ITM 2022 Fair and the products they will exhibit.
Expressing that the ITM Exhibition is of great importance for Karl Mayer Group, Vogel said; “The ITM is the second most important trade fair for us after the ITMA. We value it as a presentation platform, an opportunity for networking, and because of its high profile. In addition to local visitors, many guests from all over Europe, from the Asian region and also from Africa came to the previous events.”
Turkey was the market with the highest turnover for Stoll in 2021
Expressing that Turkey was the market with the highest turnover for the Karl Mayer Group’s new business unit in 2021, Vogel said that they expect a similar situation for 2022. Providing information about the most demanded products in the sector, Vogel also spoke about the Turkish market: “Our CMS machines are in particular demand among manufacturers from the fast-fashion sector. Most of the fashionable knitwear is exported, but there is also strong demand from domestic brands. In general, Turkey as a flat knitwear producer serves all segments, from mass-produced goods to luxury items. The close proximity to all consumer markets, the fast delivery times and the excellent quality of the goods are decisive for the top position Turkey holds worldwide. Stoll is proud to operate successfully in this market together with all its customers.”

The CMS 530 ki enables an optimal combination of “knit/transfer/knit” with structured, distribution and racking patterns, making it ideal for high-level, flexible production, even when knitting intarsia patterns. The 4” rack and short setup and setup times offered as standard provide a significant advantage when tying. It ensures a reduced, constant thread tension thanks to Friction Feed Wheels. An optimum yarn supply device for a maximum number of threads, only possible in combination with lateral thread feeding for ADF models.
