Suitable Compressors for the Needs of Businesses from Kaeser

Nowadays, compressed air that is being used almost in all sectors is important as electricity, water and steam also for textile sector. In textile sector, the compressed air is needed especially during spinning, yarn transfer, sewing, printing machines, air jet weaving, textured and poy yarn production applications. Depending on the type of the application, for example the air requirement for textile spinning loom and air jet weaving loom will vary as flow rate and pressure.

Because compressors use 4 out of 100 units of the total energy, the remaining 96% is discharged into the air as waste heat. Thanks to the heat exchanger, 76% of this waste heat can be regained and up to 70 ° C hot water can be obtained.
