“We Hosted Our Customers from All Over the World at HIGHTEX 2024”

HIGHTEX 2024 International Technical Textiles and Nonwoven Exhibition, held simultaneously with ITM, hosted many companies. One of them, one of the most important companies in the nonwoven industry, was Jiangsu YingYang Nonwoven Machinery. We interviewed Isabella, YingYang Area Manager and Head of the International Trade Department.
Could you give us brief information about the products you exhibited at HIGHTEX 2024?
YingYang is one of the world’s leading manufacturing companies in nonwoven machines. That’s why we design, produce and sell more than 30 nonwoven production lines. We are exhibiting all of our production lines at this exhibition. We also focused on some new technologies such as solvent-free finishing process for microfiber synthetic leather substrate. We aim for environmentally friendly products that reduce environmental pollution.
What kind of benefits these products provide to their users?
We offer our customers the best price/ performance ratio with high capacity machines. Thus, production costs are reduced and scaled production is possible. It is also very functional in helping our customers maintain production stability.
How was the HIGHTEX 2024 exhibition for you?
Today is the second day of the exhibiiton and our stand was very busy yesterday. We hosted about 30 customers at our stand, had several meetings with them and the result is quite good. We have been attending the exhibition for 15 years and take great pleasure in hosting our customers from around the world each time.
Does the fact that HIGHTEX 2024 is held in Istanbul, which connects Asia and Europe, satisfy you in terms of visitor diversity?
The location of the fair is quite good. Because Istanbul is a connection point between Asia and Europe. We have customers from all around the world. Istanbul is a very convenient point to meet with our customers.
Which countries do you have visitors from?
We have visitors from Eastern Europe and Western Europe, as well as from North Africa and other countries in Asia.
What opportunities does HIGHTEX 2024 offer for your sector and your company?
We are a machinery manufacturing company. When our customers buy our machines, they can produce their own products from raw materials instead of purchasing the final product. During this exhibition, they can catch up with the latest technology and save on production costs in the long run.
What are your predictions for the future of the technical textiles industry?
We have to pay attention to the environment in the future. Therefore, the industry will focus on products with less energy consumption, less pollution, as well as lower production costs and healthier products for people’s lives.
