YingYang to Introduce Two New Needle Punching Machines at ITMA 2023

Chinese Nonwoven equipment manufacturer YingYang Nonwoven Machinery pays attention to using environmentally friendly and recyclable raw materials when developing equipment. The company will introduce four-needle boards Needle Punching machine and Drum type two needle boards needle loom at the ITMA 2023.

YingYang Nonwoven Machinery, one of the leading companies in the nonwoven industry; has a wide range of products. We interviewed with Isabella, Sales Manager of YingYang Nonwoven Machinery, which completed its preparations for the ITMA 2023 Exhibition. Isabella gave information about the innovations, trends, approaches to sustainability and recycling in the nonwoven sector, and finally the products they will exhibit at the ITMA 2023. The degree of intelligence of equipment is improved, the equipment operation process is interconnected with the manufacturing process of nonwoven products, and the quality and output data of nonwovens are connected with business and financial data in real time to realize the intelligentization of the factory.

At ITMA 2023, we would like to introduce our four-needle boards Needle Punching machine and Drum type two needle boards needle loom as below, as one of the most advanced needle punching machines that we produced:

“Three boards” are all drilled by CNC machine tools, and the centering error is ≤1mm

The upper spindle box and the lower spindle box are connected by a bevel gear box through a coupling with automatic compensation. According to the requirements, it can be stabbed in the same position and the same direction, or it can be stabbed in the same position and different directions to realize the expansion of performance.

The fiber web is conveyed by two rotary drums. When the fiber web passes between the two drums, it is pierced up and down by the needles inside the drum. The two drums not only transport the fiber web but also support and strip the web. In the two drums, in order to keep the continuous delivery of the fiber web, the needles not only penetrate the fiber web through the small holes on the drum up and down, but also synchronize with the rotation speed of the drum when piercing the fiber web to avoid accidental drafting and reach the fiber web preliminary entanglement to prepare for the next process.
