Power Heat Set Takes the Heat-setting Process to A New Level
Two outstanding machines, each with a different focus and for different purposes, were developed in-house by experienced engineers and technicians.
The GVA is a six channel machine and offers the best flexibility and high performance for heatsetting carpet yarn with up to 96 ends. Due to its six-channel configuration, the GVA not only provides the possibility to run high volumes of uniform production efficiently, but is also the perfect solution to flexibly run six individual lot (e.g. Frieze vs. Straight set / different colors, etc.)It uses superheated steam with the full capacity of heatsetting natural or synthetic fibers with an enormous output from 8 – 17 tons of yarn per day – depending on the type of GVA configuration.
The HiPerSet is a single-channel machine for textile treatment. A specific air guide system provides a constant thermal environment in the complete processing station. Improved airflow-management leads to a high volume of climate circulation and high compression, allowing yarn to be heated quickly and thoroughly to the required temperature. The use of steam, driven with high velocity, will guaranty the benefits of the steam treatment properties while the overheated steam will give you all the benefits of the hot air treatment. On the HiPerSet, all kinds of yarn can be processed – 6 – 12 tons per day – and due to the modular system, every customer can choose his ideal machine.
