Fadis to Introduce Leo Cobot at ITMA Milan

Fadis will be present at Itma Milano (H3 – B106), with a stand of more than 420 sq.m. where all ranges and innovations will be displayed. The company will make the official presentation of the Cobot Leo at the exhibition.

Official Debut of Leo – The Cobot at your service. Once again Fadis, first in the world, to present a true revolution in the precision winding sector. Thanks to the constant commitment to research and the application of the best technical solutions and in collaboration with the largest manufacturers of Cobots and safety systems, Fadis has developed an innovative automation for loading and unloading packages that allows to automate any winding process and to use different take up tubes by type and size, both cylindrical and flanged. This system makes it possible to increase efficiency and allows the machine to work autonomously even during the night shift, increasing its efficiency and guaranteeing the repeatability of the results.

Evolution of the Air Texturing Machine will Be Presented

A further evolution of the air texturing machine will be presented. Thanks to the “open platform” concept, the machine can be configured  with  2 to 4 cold godet or 6 hot godet to produce perfect quality air texturized yarns  starting from POY/FDY /FOY/SDY. With Sincro AQUAJET it is possible to create any combination of yarns for different end uses such as sportswear, underwear, knitted fabrics, furniture, carpet support, outdoor and upholstery.

Other great innovations will be presented in the field of technical, medical, geo-textile yarns, for upholstery and carpets and the automotive industry, with machines specifically designed to cover a wider range of yarns types and coarser counts. A unique solution to unwind from heavy carpet hanks to metered packages with doffer in one step will be displayed.

In addition to the new graphics and expansion of functions introduced on the new and larger computerized digital terminal, Fadis has developed an intuitive dashboard that can be installed on Personal PCs, Tablets and mobile phones which collects a series of data, graphs and lists, capable of provide at a glance clear information on the progress or performance of the machines.
