Smart Transformation in Textile Factories with ControlApp
Yarbay Endüstriyel Otomasyon will introduce its solutions that accelerate digital transformation in the textile sector and provide up to 60% energy efficiency savings with the ControlApp platform at ITM 2026 in Hall 6, booth 608A.
Yarbay Endüstriyel Otomasyon continues its efforts to increase digitalization and energy efficiency in industrial facilities with its ControlApp platform. At the ITM 2026, the company will showcase its innovative solutions, particularly for the textile sector, to industry professionals and share the tangible results it has achieved in the field. ControlApp, with its mobile and web-based structure that makes factories traceable, measurable, and controllable, collects energy and production data on a single platform, offering businesses real-time monitoring and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
The ControlApp platform provides detailed analysis and effective management by collecting all energy consumption data, including electricity, water, natural gas, steam, and compressed air, as well as production data, in a single center. Thanks to its infrastructure compatible with various brands and models of devices, the platform can easily integrate with existing systems, accelerating the digitalization processes of businesses.
60% Energy Savings
Yarbay Endüstriyel Otomasyon states that in projects it has carried out in recent years, particularly in the textile sector, energy savings of between 25% and 60% have been achieved in energy-intensive systems, primarily air handling units. ControlApp not only monitors data but also makes these gains sustainable by offering a structure that automatically optimizes systems thanks to its developed intelligent control algorithms. In this way, businesses both reduce their energy costs and achieve a more stable and efficient structure in their production processes.
Solutions to be introduced at ITM 2026 include an ISO 50001 compliant energy management system, production and efficiency monitoring (OEE and downtime analysis), intelligent control algorithms for air handling units, carbon footprint monitoring (Scope 1 & 2), and Meastru IoT sensor infrastructure. Furthermore, thanks to its data collection infrastructure compatible with all brands and models of devices, all data from factories can be managed from a single center.
Visitors Will Be Able to Experience the Benefits of ControlApp
At the exhibition, visitors will have the opportunity to experience the tangible benefits provided by ControlApp through dashboard screens created with real field data and live system scenarios. Yarbay Endüstriyel Otomasyon, noting that the ITM Exhibition is one of the most important platforms shaping the future of the sector, aims to provide businesses with a sustainable competitive advantage through ControlApp in today’s world where digitalization and energy efficiency are becoming increasingly necessary.
