MBK Dilmenler: Supply Dyeing, Printing and Finishing Technology From One Hand

With the PHOINIX 4.0 Rotary Printing Machine, Dilmenler is now able to supply the entire machine range of dyeing, printing and finishing technology from one hand. Dilmenler Makine and Austrian based mechatronic engineering specialist MBK Maschinenbau Kufstein Gmbh had established a partnership in 2015 in order to design and develop the concept of PHOINIX Rotary 4.0 printing machine.

Greatly simplified, minimized mechanical structure, state of the art human machine interface featuring two large tablet screens on each print station and full Industry 4.0 configuration and capability to enable new groundbreaking features concerning process monitoring, system analysis and maintainability.

Phoinix machines print all kinds of fabrics using all common types of dye stuffs for textiles and nonwoven materials including many technical textiles. The machine’s mechanical platform structure and the large print dryer section is produced and added by involving Dilmenler’s massive production facility in Corlu,Turkey.

Worldwide projects for new printing machines are being conducted, finalized and delivered through the Dilmenler organization. Local sales and after-sales support is provided by Dilmenler’s especially trained technical service points located in 38 countries.
