Pro-Ser will Continue to Make Its Name with Its Innovations
Pro-Ser has made a breakthrough in new products and added different devices to its portfolio since 2010.
Pro-Ser manufactures test equipment and auxiliary equipment at BS, EN, AATCC, DIN and ISO standards. The company was awarded the ‘Turkish Investor of the Year’ award for its investments in France in the “2010 Turkish-French Trade Oscars” award ceremony organized by the Turkish – French Trade Association.
Pro-Ser Chairwoman Seven Yılmaztürk received the ‘Entrepreneurial Women’s Award’ from the President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his wife Emine Erdoğan at the 2nd International “Women at Work Congress”. As a successful SME, manufacturer and exporter company, Pro-Ser maintains its successful position in world markets despite all difficulties. Seven Yilmazturk, said they will continue to work with the same acceleration.
”IT SHOULD BE DECIDED BY EVALUATING THE PLUSES AND MINUSES”
Yılmaztürk, when she received the Entrepreneurial Woman Award, “The decision to make investment is not a decision taken in one day. So far you have to decide with your experience and want a lot of this. The pluses and minuses should be decided by evaluating. You should to be a researcher and you should follow the conditions of the day. Every year, thoughts and goals can change. We have also determined the needs of the sector by doing research for a year or two. As a result, I decided to invest.” she said. Yılmaztürk continued as follows.
“We are one of the first companies in the Turkish textile industry to have a test laboratory and manufacture test equipment. Our Prowhite brand is registered in European countries and began recording a certain value for Turkey.”
PRO-SER MANUFACTURES A CONTROL PANEL FOR EVERY MACHINE
Pro-ser manufactures sensors for the control panel of machines in Teknokent part of Istanbul University. Saying that, “We are looking to benefit the sector in the future”, Yılmaztürk: “Sensors can be used in any machine that is compatible with control panels. Of course, we will have some advantages due to being part of Teknokent. But this series should be produced and expanded.”
2018 WAS GOOD FOR PRO-SER
Considering the results of 2018, Yılmaztürk emphasized that due to the increase in the exchange rate and the uncertainties in the economy, last year has not been very bright in terms of manufacturing industry.
Yılmazturk, said that as Pro-Ser they completed the year well and made a large number of exports. She gave the following recommendations to the company owners:
“Company owners should not be too panic in the economic crisis and should not be the debtor. This was the biggest advantage of Pro-Ser. Budgets should be cut and investments should be made as needed. In addition, companies needs to follow fairs and the sector. Every business needs to improve its vision. Shoul give support to associations and non-governmental organizations, ideas should be shared, responsibilities should be fulfilled.”
