The New Autoleveller Draw Frames: Trützschler TD 10
Servo Draft- the heart of the autoleveller draw frame
High-precision levelling of the draw frame sliver in the last draw frame passage plays a key role in yarn evenness and yarn count variation. For this reason, Trützschler engineers have developed a state-of-the-art leveller draw frame equipped with the latest digital levelling technology. This means precision sensors, energy-efficient drives with a long service life and reliable software components.
The New Compactness
The new TD 10 is 14.2 % shorter, because length matters. Compared to competition, the space savings can be up to 32%. This means that savings of up $ 17,200 can be realised by a spinning mill with an output of 1000 kg per hour.
The world’s most energy effient suction system
The TD 10 requires only 800m3/ h suction at a negative pressure of -450 Pa. Compared to competetion, ths means 30 percent less air volume. This reduces annual energy costs by up to 6,300 Euro per filter system, calculated at a Daily yarn production of 45 tons and a system pressure of 1500 Pa. The effectiveness of the suction depends largely on an optimised geometry of the flow mechanism. Fort his reason, Trützschler specialists have further enhanced the flow behaviour of the suction ducts. Thus, an excellent dedusting of the sliver is ensured even at low suction performance.
Smart Creel for intelligent individual sliver monitoring
The Smart Creel detects the presence as well as movement of a sliver. This makes a faultless detection of sliver breaks possible. In contrast to contact disconnections, the optical sensors are protected against operating errors since they work even if the pressure roller is not applied.
Self- adjusting functions: Constant quality control
Self- optimizing features are the key in a spinning world of tomorrow, where a high operatör fluctuation and thus a lack of important quality know-how is reality.
Thus, the TD 10 is of course also equipped with the self-optimizing Auto Draft and Opti Set functions. On the one hand this is the automatic optimisation and setting of the break draft and on the other hand the standard self-optimizing function of the main drafting point for a demonstrably improved draw frame sliver quality.
Networked machine with T-DATA
The optional connection to the real time monitoring system T-DATA makes it possible to analyse all quality values and malfunctions of the TD 10 with one click. This allow simple quality benchmarking of all draw frames to quickly detect and efficiently eliminte malfunctions of individual draw frames.
