Tonello & Flainox Redefine the Future of Garment Finishing and Dyeing
At ITM Istanbul, Tonello and Flainox present a unified vision for the future of garment processing, where innovation, responsibility and performance come together across the entire production chain. Tonello & Flainox will welcome visitors at Hall 11, stand 1113A at ITM 2026.
Tonello unveils the most advanced expression of its Laundry (R)Evolution, a fully integrated approach to garment finishing that makes processes simpler, more digital and more responsible.
At its core is THE Laser 2.0, an intelligent, designer-driven technology that ensures faster and more precise marking, eliminating human error and streamlining workflow. Powered by Crea, the software developed together with an international network of laser technicians and designers, it allows users to create and optimize projects quickly through automated tools, advanced filters and enhanced operating modes.
The process is further enhanced by the All-in-One System, Tonello’s most advanced washing platform, integrating four sustainable technologies into a single solution. This includes EGO, the ozone system for efficient low-impact treatments; NoStone®, the removable drum for authentic stone-wash effects without pumice; UP, the technology that drastically reduces water and energy consumption; and Core, the in-machine nebulization system designed for greater flexibility and efficiency.
Completing the process chain is Tonello’s new dryer range, entirely developed and manufactured in-house. The line is also available in the SmartDry version, featuring an advanced heat recovery system, delivering steam savings of over 20%.
Through Metro, Tonello also introduces full process transparency, providing real-time data on water and energy usage as well as carbon footprint for each garment, enabling more conscious and measurable production choices.
On the dyeing front, DyeMate enables indigo garment dyeing through a controlled, low-temperature process. Alongside indigo applications, the technology also supports ready-to-dye garments developed through Sulfur Essence, where sulfur dyes and indigo combine to recreate the authentic look of discharged and overdyed denim.
Complementing these innovations, FLAINOX presents its complete range of dyeing technologies, designed to cover every stage of the process and a wide variety of applications.
The portfolio includes atmospheric dyeing machines, available in open drum or divider configurations, suitable for garment dyeing as well as socks and seamless products. This is complemented by a full range of high-temperature dyeing machines, also offered in both open and divider versions, ensuring maximum versatility across different production needs.
Flainox also introduces its static machines for tights dyeing, specifically engineered to guarantee high efficiency, production flexibility and optimal bath management.
