Furthermore, four trainees from external companies of Lindau’s district receive their basic metal training in the Dornier training workshop.
The first days of training were all about getting to know each other. After visiting the Lindau and Esseratsweiler plants and gaining an initial insight into the respective departments, the trainees were familiarised with operational and training-specific processes. The aspect of teamwork was emphasised by practical exercises.
