Trützschler will Present the Future of Fiber Processing at ITMA Asia Singapore 2025
From October 28 to 31, the Trützschler Group will showcase its latest technologies at ITMA Asia in Singapore. Visitors will have the opportunity to closely examine the company’s solutions in Spinning, Carding and Nonwovens at booth D302 in Hall 4. One of the highlights will be the smart automation system T-CAN, developed as a solution to rising labor costs and workforce shortages. This system will be presented exclusively at the fair, and participants will have the chance to experience it for the first time.
Trützschler Spinning
At the booth, the smart system T-CAN, designed to transform sliver transport in yarn preparation, will be the center of attention. In addition, the next-generatio
n carding machine TC 30i will also be exhibited. Providing up to 40% productivity increase in synthetic fibers, TC 30i offers significant advantages in waste management while maintaining yarn quality. Thanks to the advanced suction system, more than 50% of the waste can be reused. The machine provides users with assurance in preventing fiber loss through the Wastecontrol system.
The IDF 3 integrated draw frame shortens processes in rotor and airjet spinning without reducing quality. While improving yarn quality especially for raw materials with a high proportion of short fibers, it provides up to 3% efficiency gain with its new can-changing system. With its more compact design, it also saves energy and space.
Trützschler Card Clothing (TCC)
TCC will present a wide range of products, from high-precision standard components to customer-oriented solutions. Card clothing specifically designed for Trützschler machines has been carefully adapted to deliver high performance and consistent quality.
Trützschler Nonwovens
In the Nonwovens section, the latest developments in hydroentangling, needling and Air Through Bonding (ATB) technologies will be highlighted. The Carded Pulp (CP) line produces 100% biodegradable sustainable wipes by combining pulp and viscose. The T-Suprema needling line stands out with its efficiency in various technical applications, from automotive to filtration.
At the fair, the world’s only industrial-scale ATB solution capable of processing 0.6 denier ultra-fine bicomponent fibers will also be introduced. This innovation makes it possible to produce exceptionally soft, high-performance and skin-friendly nonwovens for baby diapers. Supporting the nonwoven processes, the X-Series carding systems will also be presented at the fair with high output and quality consistency.
Witness the Heart of Innovation
ITMA Asia 2025 will be a unique platform where Trützschler’s latest innovations can be seen. Participants will meet with experts in Spinning, Nonwovens and Card Clothing to closely examine the solutions developed for the key challenges of the industry.
