The 2022 Target of Ser Mekatronik; Reaching the Export Rate Over 50 Percent
Ser Mekatronik serves the second hand machinery business, technical revisions, electrical panel renewing and electronical devices, machinery softwares, mechanical parts productioning, supplying with all dismantling and installing operation services.
In addition these, the company also produce raising machines, shearing machines, combing machines, stenter machines, open width and tubular compacting machines, sanforizing lines, steamer machines, brushing machines and diamond emerising machines and all spare parts since the beginning of the year 2018 under the registered brand name of Ser Mekatronik /Innovative Solutions proudly.
On the other hand, it continues to supply spare parts for all kinds of textile machines. Also another point of its success is flexibility of shipment oriented big network of distribution which is the company’s biggest difference from its competitives.
Ser Mekatronik textile business adventure when began with 8 person on the August of 2008 which after 13 years now has reached to the team of 150 person on 6000 m2 production facility at the textile business heart beat adress of Turkey where at Çorlu. Even more the company will be have additional 4000 m2 facility area by the year of 2022.
Last month, the 400th machine was sold
During the pandemic period of the world between 2020 to 2021 Ser Mekatronik continued its business investments. In this period the comany also started up its CNC Machining and with the beginning of 10th July of 2021 the company proudly achieved its 400. Textile machine production.
The company sells products mostly to domestic market of Turkey then foreign countries which some of are Egypt, Poland, Russia, Ozbekistan, Iran, India, Pakistan, South Korea, Vietnam, Bangladesh and Peru.
Regarding 2022 business year the company is ready and targeted to reach 50% more export sales and to expand its business at least 20% bigger on global business. In addition, with the support of its suppliers, it will continue to provide service to 25 different countries with high quality spare parts support and panel revisions.
The company aims to produce its products which all have user friendly display units that are totaly electronical based. The company also takes the easy maintaining, reachable mechanical parts and ergonomic solutions in the first place while designing and machinery developing. The company biggest goal is the highest productivity, the most economic energy consumption, effective machine speed and very low maintanence costs in every solution.
