Industry 4.0, Artificial Intelligence, IoT and the digitalization of the process are the main trend even in an extremely manufacturing sector such as textile sector. Digitalization has become an indispensable tool in textile industry, and this has also been confirmed during ITMA, the main exhibition of this sector. Sustainability is another major trend: Consumers are better informed, and they expect sustainable products and solution in the textile industry.
Sustainability strategies range from sustainable designs and the use of innovative materials and processes to the optimization of resource consumption (water, energy and raw material) and recycling of materials.

This means an advantage in terms of reduction of failure and maintenance costs and increase of production efficiency.
Marzoli also pays attention to sustainability and, as a machine’s manufacturer, is focused on the optimization of the production process, through the monitoring of the machinery performances and the adoption of carefully technologies and material.
How is your company working to drive quality improvements in its machinery?
We try to select the best suppliers for the components of our machines and for the spareparts. We assist the custumer from the design of the spinning plan to the installation and start-up of the machines. Moreover, throught the adoption of digitalization process for the management of the spinning plant and the remote maintenance, we can improve the performance of the machines, preventing malfunctions or machine downtime.
