Marzoli Highlighted Its Modernization and Automation Solutions at ITM 2026
Marzoli, a global benchmark in spinning technology and part of the Camozzi Group, showcased advanced retrofitting solutions for spinning mills under the claim “Don’t replace, repower.”
At ITM 2026. This year “Designed to Impact.” Marzoli places a strong focus on its retrofitting and reengineering services, designed to support spinning mills maximize the value of their existing assets, extend machine lifetime, improve operational performance, and support a more sustainable production model. Marzoli CEO Cristian Locatelli stated that the company’s main theme this year is “Repower,” and that they are focusing on solutions to increase the efficiency and performance of existing production facilities.
Locatelli stated that Marzoli showcased its most advanced spinning technologies at the exhibition, noting that roving machines, ring spinning machines, and fully automated systems for the ring spinning section were among the standout products. He also mentioned that their specialized nonwoven solutions for personal care applications attracted significant interest from visitors.
Locatelli emphasized that the textile industry is going through a challenging period globally, and said that it is more important than ever for industry stakeholders to come together during this process. Stating that ITM 2026 is an important platform that strengthens communication between manufacturers, investors, and customers, Locatelli expressed his belief that the fair will contribute to developing common solutions to existing problems.
Locatelli stated that the textile machinery sector has undergone very rapid changes since ITM 2024, saying, “We are witnessing not just the end of two years, but almost the end of an era. The world is changing rapidly, and being able to correctly interpret these changes is of great importance. Staying up-to-date, understanding new trends, and interpreting them correctly are critical for the future of the sector.”
Locatelli stated that they had positive interactions with visitors from the very first day of the fair, and that the feedback from customers was promising. He also emphasized that Istanbul’s strategic location significantly contributes to international visitor traffic, adding that Turkey serves as an important bridge between Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Locatelli noted that they met with visitors from Uzbekistan, Egypt, Pakistan, Iran, and many countries in the Mediterranean region, and that Istanbul’s logistical advantages and international reach have made the ITM Fair a global meeting point. Commenting on the future of the sector, Locatelli stated that flexibility and high quality will be fundamental requirements for businesses in the coming period. He added that Marzoli will continue to support its customers, particularly with modernization solutions for existing production facilities, and that the company will continue to invest in technologies that increase efficiency, sustainability, and competitiveness even after ITM 2026.
